- ground pepper
- pecorino cheese, grated
- on frying pan, combine pasta water with ground pepper on medium high heat.
- Add pasta and add more water. Keep stiring.
- Add grated cheese. Continue the stir. Add more water if needed until creamy texture consistency is acheive.
